JH Communications was founded in October, 2002, by John Houle, who was a partner for a Rhode Island public relations and political consulting firm. After working on high profile political campaigns and public relations campaigns including the Providence mayoral race, Narragansett Indian casino drive, and ANA's nursing shortage public awareness initiative, John started his own agency at the age of 30.
Specializing in directing the marketing for small businesses, John has been able to grow the agency into a regional marketing firm representing small and medium-sized companies and state associations.
